What happens next

We read every request and reply with a quote and the times we have available. If your vehicle needs more work than the standard package covers we will say so up front, before you commit, rather than changing the figure when you collect.

What to tell us

  • Vehicle type — car, SUV, truck or van, and roughly how many seats
  • Rough condition, honestly. It determines how much time we set aside, and there is no judgement in it
  • Any specific problem — a spill, a smell, a stain you have already tried to treat
  • Whether pets travel in the vehicle, and whether anyone smokes in it
  • If you are selling, when you plan to list, so we can sequence the detail before your photographs
