What to tell us
A short call gets you a more accurate quote than any form would. The things worth mentioning:

- Rough condition, honestly. There is no judgement and it is not a negotiation tactic; it determines how much time we set aside
- Any specific problem — a spill you know about, a smell, a stain you have already tried to treat
- Whether pets travel in the vehicle, and whether anyone smokes in it
- If you are selling, tell us when you plan to list, so we can sequence the detail before your photographs
