1. Program description

Sudz Up Detailing LLC operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers in Hartford, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.

Messages relate to auto detailing services and fall into these categories:

• Appointment messages — booking confirmations, reminders, and changes to a scheduled time.
• Service messages — quotes, questions about your vehicle, and notification that your vehicle is ready.
• Promotional messages — seasonal offers and availability. These are sent only to customers who have separately agreed to receive them.

2. How to opt in

You can join the program by:

• Ticking the text message consent box on our booking page. The box is unticked by default.
• Ticking the consent box when booking through our online booking system.
• Giving us your mobile number in person, by phone or on a paper form and agreeing to be contacted by text.
• Texting us first at 414-286-1609. This allows us to reply to that conversation. It does not by itself enrol you in promotional messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Most customers receive only a small number of messages around a single booking. Promotional messages, where you have agreed to them, are infrequent.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan, not by us. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your rates.

5. How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send you no further messages.

You may also opt out by calling 414-286-1609 or emailing gio@sudzupdetail.com and asking to be removed. To rejoin, reply START or contact us and ask to be added back.

7. Carriers and delivery

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not liable for messages that are delayed or fail to arrive.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorised to use, the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we do not message someone who has not consented.

9. Privacy and your number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers. Full detail is in our SMS Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These SMS terms sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions, which cover our detailing services. Where the two differ on text messaging specifically, this page applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
